Trans Am Worldwide Unleashes The 455 Super Duty on New York City
Under the hood lurks a 7.4-liter supercharged engine with 1,000 horsepower and 1,046 lb.-ft. of torque. Drivers have a choice between a Hurst short-ratio manual or an eight-speed automatic transmission.
The car’s design gets its inspiration from the 1973-1974 era Super Duty Trans Am. Styling cues include the shaker hood scoop, fender flairs, and signature split grille. And no Super Duty would be complete without the “screaming chicken” decal on the hood.
If you want one, you might want to act fast. Trans Am Worldwide plans a limited production run of only 50 of these of special edition Trans Ams.
