When you think of GM sport trucks, the Chevrolet Silverado SS and the GMC Syclone come to mind. These two powerhouses were quite the buzz in the early 1990s when they first roamed the streets. Nowadays, it seems the sport truck craze is a thing of the past. Or is it?

Specialty Vehicle Engineering announces the 2018 Yenko/SC Supercharged Silverado. This custom Chevrolet Silverado features a 6.8-liter LT-1 engine with forged aluminum pistons, CNC ported LT-1 cylinder heads, and high output supercharger. Other performance upgrades include a custom cat-back dual exhaust system, 6-piston Brembo brakes, and 22×9.5-inch torque thrust wheels.

With 800 horsepower and 750 lb.-ft. of torque, this truck will have no problem melting the Michelin Premier LTX 275/45/R22 tires.

Base price for the package is approximately $47,000, plus the price of a new Silverado. The package comes with a 3-year/36,000 mile engine and supercharger assembly limited warranty and a 3-year/36,000 mile non-powertrain component warranty.
